Additional Comments
Current owner since 1993, shed kept and maintained. Reluctantly for sale due to local real estate purchase. Chesapeake Lady was refastened in 1990, teak decks were replaced in 1989. Transom was replaced in 2004. Port and starboard cabin support metal posts were replaced, and saloon windows rebedded. Hull has been refinished and plank seams grooved. This beautiful yacht is seriously for sale and is priced to sell. She is in overall excellent condition, as much of the potentially anticipated major work has already been completed. She is in need of very minor cosmetic updates, and perhaps personal decorating to a new owners desires. This is a nice boat. She awaits the caring hands of her next ownership steward.
