The helm station is located forward. On the port side there is a wet bar and icemaker with a pull out storage locker under the sink. On the starboard side is a large storage locker. The lounge area is aft which takes advantage of the view from the large windows. The aft enclosure is fully air conditioned. Sliding glass doors lead to a teak line handling deck, with steps down to the swim platform.
Galley The newly remodeled galley is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. There is a ceramic cook top and a microwave/convection oven with exhaust hood and lighting. The contertops are new, with a nice large deep sink. There is a dinette to seat 4 and abundant storage and locker space. The forward head space has been converted to accommodate the washer/dryer. Main Saloon and Staterooms The mahogany main saloon has a sofa that opens to a queen berth, 2 barrel chairs and 2 end tables. All of the original Chris Craft mahogany cabinetry remains includung the charming roll top lockers in the forward dash area. The forward guest stateroom is below, forward of the galley. It has upper and lower twin berths with reading lights. There is a hanging locker and plenty of storage. Below aft is the second guest stateroom with twin berths. There is a built in dresser, hanging locker, mirrored door and built-in niches at each berth for a clock or personal items. The guest head has a vanity/sink and a stall shower with seat. The master stateroom is all the way aft, with an ensuite head and stall shower. There is a queen berth with a built in dresser on the port side. The additional twin berth on the starboard side aft makes for a quiet place to read, or an extra close by berth for a child or pet. Deck
Additional Comments Current owner since 1993, shed kept and maintained. Reluctantly for sale due to local real estate purchase. Chesapeake Lady was refastened in 1990, teak decks were replaced in 1989. Transom was replaced in 2004. Port and starboard cabin support metal posts were replaced, and saloon windows rebedded. Hull has been refinished and plank seams grooved. This beautiful yacht is seriously for sale and is priced to sell. She is in overall excellent condition, as much of the potentially anticipated major work has already been completed. She is in need of very minor cosmetic updates, and perhaps personal decorating to a new owners desires. This is a nice boat. She awaits the caring hands of her next ownership steward.
