Overview

The 48' Pacemaker Cockpit Motoryacht is an excellent example of  the days of fiberglass yachts that were "built like tanks" to last a long time. Please note: This is an original factory cockpit, not an "extension".
"Final Lee" is an ideal live aboard/cruiser with two state rooms - the forward SR is now a comfortable office with a built-in desk and great storage. There are 2 heads and a large main saloon with the galley up. The enclosed aft deck is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the surroundings. The flybridge presents an additional outdoor space with even better views! The aft cockpit makes boarding and water related activities a breeze. Powered by twin Cummins V-8 370 hp diesels - hours are unknown.
All photos are current within the last 60 days. Boat is in the water and in operating condition. Current covered boatslip may be available to the purchaser.

Descriptions

Accommodations and Layout
Step aboard to the enclosed aft deck through teak side doors Port and Starboard. It's also very easy to board to the aft cockpit. There are wing door port and starboard that lead to the side decks and to the foredeck. A ladder will take you to the flybridge seating area and upper helm with a Garmin 540s Chart Plotter. Lower helm is centerline with full engine  instrumentation. There is a wet bar to starboard and very nice new sectional sofas and a small table - notice the red, white and blue patriotic color scheme.
Going below forward is the main saloon with beautiful hardwood flooring and very tasteful new blue sofa and lounge chair with an ottoman. The center engine hatch is himnged for easy access to the engineroom. Forward to starboard is a fully equipped galley with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven. The storage space on this boat is amazing.
Below forward from the galley is the forward stateroom which is now and beautifully appointed office. There is a spacious desk with a built in pedestal chair and plenty of teak cabinetry storage for files and supplies. All the way forward is a large teak trimmed head compartment with a vacuflush toilet and sink/vanity.
Aft from the main saloon is the main stateroom with a large athwartships walk around berth, double closets, built in teak dressers, and a large head compartment with a vacuflush toilet and large stall shower. Again, the storage is abundant. There are large windows aft, one of which opens like a door to the aft cockpit.
