The Baha 340 King Cat is a big, heavily built 34-foot catamaran fishing boat with a semi-enclosed helm, plenty of cockpit space, and an efficient, well-arranged cabin layout.The 340 rides on a planing,deep-vee hull which permits her to attain higher speeds than cats built with displacement or semi-displacement hulls. It hardly needs repeating here that catamarans consistently deliver on the promise of a smooth and stable ride in rough seas. The King Cat's open-water performance is excellent and her high freeboard helps deliver an unusually dry ride. A fishable bow area combined with a huge cockpit provide an abundance of fishing space, and visibility from the centerline helm, position is very good. There are twin live wells and a fish box at the transom and the engines are located under the deck where one usually expects to see a fish box. Belowdecks, the cabin includes three berths ,a compact galley, and a head with shower. A tackle center, transom door and electronics cabinet are standard. This boat will cruise at 23 knots.
