Accommodations
Owner’s stateroom forward features large centerline berth. This cabin has many storage lockers, a large hanging locker and an inviting vanity seat and vanity with mirror. Wiring for cable TV in this stateroom is in place. Moving aft on this level, starboard side there is owner’s head with separate shower, electric head with Y-valve and its own holding tank and deck pump out. Guest head, also on stbd. side, has separate shower stall, manual head with Y-valve and its own holding tank and deck pump out. To port, moving aft from owner’s stateroom is cabinet, which houses the combo washer/dryer. Next is quest cabin with upper berth that extends to a single and a lower berth that extends to a double. The owners stateroom forward arrangement gives more pilothouse storage with large chart table and eliminates steep descending pilot house stairs. This cabin features a hanging locker, and desk/work area. Access to the large, well insulated engine room is through this cabin. Steps lead up to the galley/main saloon. MAIN SALOON The main living area of L’Abri has a magnificent 270 degree view (facing aft) of the surroundings afforded by all-around large opening marine windows and a sliding door to the aft deck. To port is an L-shaped settee, with convertible hi-lo teak table. To starboard, 2 wicker chairs with custom cabinet between. This teak cabinet conceals the television with VCR and doubles as a small table. All ports and hatches on L’Abri have screens; all large windows have choice of three “lock-in” positions.

Galley
The galley is situated forward of the main saloon, on the same level. Visually it is very much a part of the main saloon, and shares the wonderful light, ventilation and views provided by the surrounding marine windows in the main saloon. The custom exhaust fan further enhances ventilation over the stove. Cabinetry is all golden teak, including the facing on the flush mounted countertop-high Sub Zero refrigerator and Sub Zero freezer. This vessel was built with a custom overhead cabinet, which houses the GE Spacemaker II microwave oven and adds storage. They have thoughtfully customized the standard drawer space to increase the drawer depths and locker sizes without taking away any existing floor or counter space. Other featured equipment in the galley includes Seaward Princess Electric stove; Black & Decker toaster oven; Seagull water filter; manual foot water pump; Groco Paragon water pressure system.

Pilothouse Any captain will appreciate the tremendous visibility from this thoughtfully designed wheelhouse. The foldaway helm seat allows for comfort at the wheel and great freedom of movement when folded! Electronics are easily viewed, and master electric panel is accessible, well designed, and well protected. The long pilothouse watch berth (aft and above the forward facing settee) offers great comfort for a watch partner, or converts to a double. The 5’ long table in front of the settee was modified by the owners to maximize ease of getting in and around the table. Side sliding doors provide easy access to fore or aft deck. This pilothouse is designed to offer true comfort and safety, whether piloting, dining or sleeping!
