"Ocean Buoys" is perhaps the nicest 48 MY out there. She came to the Chesapeake from the Great Lakes in 2003. Having been kept in Washington DC by the current owner, she is essentially a fresh water boat. She has had excellent maintenance and thoughtful upgrades. *******OWNER IS FINISHED USING THIS BOAT. Accommodations
Three Staterooms: Master is below aft accessed by a spiral stairway from the salon. Walkaround Queen with loads of custom cabinetry and storage, lighted vanity, cedar closets, and private head with custome tile work and heated floor.
Guest Staterooms: Located forward of salon and accessed down via stairs at lower helm. Day head/guest head at stairs and entrance to staterooms are immediately forward. Third stateroom is below and aft, with private head. Both these staterooms have plenty of drawers and cedar cabinets.

Salon: with access to aft deck thru rear sliding door. L'shaped sofa immediate to starboard with ottoman (seats six). Dining area is forward salon port with beautiful teak table and four matching chairs.
Entertainment Center: Forward port corner salon mounted in upright matching cabinet features 32'alsma TV and Bose lifestyle surround sound.
Bar: Located in forward starboard corner at base of upper helm spiral stairway with Sink, wine cooler and Ice Maker. Plenty of storage for beverages, glasses, accessories. Conveniently located a few steps from the galley.

Galley
Located forward of Salon with side entrance to port of lower helm. Very efficiently designed with plenty of cabinet space and drawer storage. Updates to galley include: new stainless steel refrigerator, new convection micro, new garbage disposal, new compactor, new dishwasher, new gallery maid stove with ceramic cook surface.

Electronics
3 year old Furino system with 48 mile open array radar, dual stations, lower helm has remote back up camera, Dual helm new Simrad auto pilot, upper helm has remote control for operation from captains seat or from bow.
(2) new VHF radios. Vhf in master stateroom for use when anchored. Remote alarm tied to Furuno, in master stateroom will sound if anchor drag alarm is activated.

Electrical
PROsign 3kw invertor with (8) 6v golf cart batteries. Will power all 120v outlets for up to 8 hours, up to 20 hours if only fridge and a few lights. Batteries charge with connection to shore power or starting gen set. 12v charging from starboard engine when underway, provides 120v without use of gen set.

Deck/Hull/Mechanical
Hull is in great shape, never any blisters. She has had regular inspections, bottom paint 2 years ago, always in fresh water. Diver cleaned the bottom this spring, said paint was in good shape, at that time he replaced all zincs.

• MUHIR windlass, all chain, remote from both helms, oversize and great holding power.
• For outside entertainment- Mounted on flybridge helm is a Sony CD/Stereo which drives speakers on fly-bridge. Outside Bose speakers both on bow and aft deck powered by separate amp.
• Engines run great, no smoke.
• Engines consume virtually oil at all.

Remarks
"Ocean Buoys" is really at home at a 9.5 knot cruise with stablizers on, burning an even 9.5gph. She will cruise at 2100 at 16knts, and will top out at 19 knots or perhaps 20 depending on conditions.
Boat has been lived on and used every weekend since purchase in September 03, even in winter when weather permits. All fresh water systems, heads, holding tanks etc etc, all work great.
