The 3100 Tiara has long been a popular model with family cruisers and anglers alike. Her popularity derives from her large cockpit and good offshore handling along with the realization that she's a well-engineered boat built to high standards. The addition of the optional radar arch, swim platform, and bench seating in the cockpit transforms the 3100 into a conservative but good-looking family sport boat with genuine eye appeal. Bottom painted anti foul and hull sides waxed April 2007. New heads both engines with new manifolds and risors on port engine June 2007. Stb. engine had new manifolds and risors.

Accommodations
The stateroom is forward with a double bed to starboard side with privacy doors. Dinette converts to sleep 2, total 4. Stand up head to port side aft of galley with electric vacu flush head to holding tank and hand held hot water shower.

Convertible top with side curtains and aft cover. Bow pulpit with bow rail, Stern seating. Helmseat and companion seat with storage underneath and inside of seats. Both seats have electric lifts for opening for the engines. Rod holders and rocket launchers on radar arch. Additional seating for the stern that can be removed. Boat hauled and on land for winter storage.

Remarks
Boat will be ready for the spring rock fish season don't miss this great fishing boat. A one owner boat since new used only on the Chesapeake Bay fishing between the Potomac River and Annapolis. One of the nicest all around boats for the Chesapeake Bay for family cruising and for an avid fisherman.. Valve jobs to both engines with replacement heads just completed June 2007. New manifolds and risors installed on port engine.
