"Narrow Escape" has unfortunately not escaped some minor damage from an adjacent boat fire. The canvas is burned on the starboard side, one starboard cabin window is melted, one vent window is shattered and approx. 10 ft. of gel coat on the starboard cabin side is blistered. The rest of the boat is just fine. The navy and gold stripes are recently repainted with IMRON. She is powered with T-340 Mercs, one is new. She has good electronics. The large open 2 stateroom layout can't be beat! "Narrow Escape" is the lowest priced 39 on planet Earth in ANY condition. We intend that she will sell quickly AS IS. Come see her.

Accommodations
This two stateroom express features queen forward, twin over and under to starboard which converts to a sofa. Head has a stall shower. The salon has a large "L" shaped setee and high low table. Interior is not affected by the fire.

In 2002 a new out of the box 454 Mercruiser was installed to starboard. Compressions readings to port are excellent! New stripes have been imroned both to the boot stripes, and the deck house stripes. Minor damage from adjacent boat fire makes this vessel a great buy!
