This is a true live aboard boat. With the space and comfort only found in a few boats. There were only about 10 of these fantastic motor yachts built in 1985. This boat has three staterooms with three heads, built in diesel fired furnace with hot water baseboard heat for the winter and ample air conditioning for the summer in all cabins. This boat is powered with GM 6V71 turbo diesels which provide 35% more shaft horsepower over the standard engines. Boat has a walk-in engine room. This boat will run 18 knots at 2800 rpm. The large dinette in the mid ship galley gives lots of room for your guests. The 49 also features the sea water chest and discharge manifolds which handle all the sea water and fresh water systems eliminating through hull fittings for each piece of equipment, thereby reducing electrolysis to a minimum and requiring less maintenance.

The main salon and entertaining area is fully enclosed with wing doors, teak paneled living area, sleep sofa and two large chairs, bar area with ice maker, door to small after deck for ease of handling dock lines. Stand up engine room.
