The Hatteras 53' Classic has one of the most sought-after layouts of any yacht in its class. It offers a three sateroom, three head layout with large salon, enclosed aft deck, galley down, and the split engine room arrangement. This particular yacht offers a beautifully customized enclosed aft deck with a dedicated air conditioning/heating system, which drastically enlarges her interior living space. The aft deck also includes a wet bar, custom furniture (including two padded bench-style seats with storage beneath and a beautiful as well as functional inlaid wood high gloss table with four (4) upholstered seats which are stored beneath), carpeting, new aft curtains, wing doors, and easy access to the flybridge.

The master stateroom has an athwart-ships queen berth arrangement, ensuite head with stall shower, custom draperies, a large closet and built-in chest of drawers. All three of the heads have had newer raw water flush toilets and Corian countertops installed, each with a stall shower.

The mid-guest stateroom has a twin bed arrangement with built-in nightstand between them, large closet, abundant drawer storage, and custom fabrics.

The galley has been completely re-done with Corian countertops and dinette table, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric range top, microwave/convection oven, mosaic trimmed tile backsplash, large stainless sink with garbage disposal, new floor coverings, and plenty of beautiful cabinetry and drawer storage.

A curved staircase leads up to the pilothouse and salon. The pilothouse is forward with full instrumentation, full electronics package, and sliding doors to port and starboard. A bench seat (with aft facing large screen TV beneath) separates the pilot house from the main salon. The salon is very tastefully decorated with custom designer fabrics, new headliner, new teak and holly sole, a new ultra leather sofa, two new recliner chairs, stereo system, beautiful designer draperies and valences throughout, custom fabric blinds, and beautiful high gloss inlaid end tables and coffee table.
