This boat is a bit of a project. The cabin needs a good cleaning and the soft goods will need to be cleaned or renewed due to moisture and diesel oil aroma. The condition of the engine is unknown. It is presumed to be a Westerbeke diesel, we are told by the yard that the engine was running summer 2005 but further investigation would be prudent. There does not appear to be any sail inventory aboard whatsoever. This is a cored hull construction and the hull has recently been checked for delamination and moisture, of which there is very little. Inspection revealed some previous repairs to the starboard side which are not very smooth. Deck inspection shows some small areas of moisture. This boat is being offered AS IS WHERE IS at what is clearly a bargain price for a sailing vessel of this quality. Take a close look at all of the photos. She is a worthy project for that skilled and capable individual who desires to do some work and wind up with a very nice boat at a reasonable price. This boat was donated to a non-profit organization who is offering it for sale. The listing broker should be contacted directly for instructions on viewing this boat. Again, since this is being sold by a non-profit charity, there is no sales commission avaiable for a cooperating broker. The proceeds of this sale need to go toward the mission of the organization.
