"Freedom" is bargain priced to sell AS IS, WHERE IS- immediately. She has suffered a minor, smokey cabin fire and needs repairs. She should be a relatively easy fix for a handy boat owner. Damage appears to be mostly cosmetic in nature. There does not appear to be any fire or heat damage that is structural. Most of the affected area is in the aft of the main forward cabin, in the area of the bulkhead mounted stove- see photos. There is little or no involvement below about waist height. The dirt and residue on the cabin sole is primarily fire extinguisher discharge. Repairs will include main cabin aft bulkhead woodwork, all headliners and hull liners, all cushions and soft goods, and lots of cleaning and refinishing. There were some dated electronics that are shot. The sail and sail cover on the mizzen mast is burned along with the bimini top. The frame is fine. The main cabin door and hatch area is charred along with some deck areas and related woodwork which was affected in fighting the fire. The aft cabin needs cleaning but appears not affected by the fire or smoke. We believe that the engine and generator will run. Spend a little time on her and then set sail, off into the sunset.

This is a project boat. More details will be posted as they become available.
