"Sea Wing" was US built by Meridian Trawler Yachts a division of Whittaker Corporation in Costa Mesa, California (not to be confused with the more recent Meridian line of production yachts). Meridian Trawlers were "overbuilt" with thick cored fiberglass on the hull and deck to create a very stout yacht. With its heavily built hull and flared bow with Portuguese bridge, it has excellent sea-keeping abilities. This fuel efficient trawler has massive amounts of interior space and a large cockpit.The Meridan has some great design features. The widebody aft section supplies easy one level access to the aft deck, saloon and galley.
The spacious "U" shaped galley supplies a lot of storage area with an open breakfast or dining bar. It includes a micowave, plus the three burner electric range/oven.
It is three steps up to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is well designed with a custom built L-shaped settee and excellent visibility from the helm. With double doors to the fore deck and the Portuguese bridge, a large seating area is available for good weather and a lot of protection in bad.
Going forward from the pilothouse into the forward sleeping area there is a curved staircase down. The queen berth main stateroom is beneath the pilothouse which provides plenty of room for a large head/shower plus extra hanging locker space. The forward guest stateroom has an oversized v-berth with its own head and shower.

Discolsure
"Sea Wing" has been found to have some moisture in the hull sides "core" that does show up with a moisture meter. She is otherwise very heavily built. The asking price refelects this finding and as such she is being sold AS IS for a very reasonable price.
