Accommodations
You can enter the saloon from the outer decks from either the port or starboard door. On the starboard side there's the lower helm with a door to the outer deck. Abaft of the door there is a storage cabinet with a built in bar. Aft of the cabinet there is an L-shaped settee and an adjustable teak table. On the port side there is smaller settee with a built in Sub Zereo freezer, above the freezer is a space for a tv or stereo. There is also a door to port to access the outer deck. Aft of the saloon you step down three steps to the master stateroom. It has a large hanging locker~ a double berth with deep storage drawers under it and a large teak chest. There is an en-suite head with a large tub and shower. The head has an electric head~ a vanity, sink with storage under it and large mirrors. The master also has an exit door to the deck. The master is also air conditioned and heated. All of the head liners and cushions were replaced when boat was purchased. The guest cabin is a V berth forward and down three steps. There's a hanging locker to port and an en-suite head with electric head and shower to starboard. There is a large sink With storage under it plus a large mirror. The guest suite is air conditioned and heated. You can access the engine room from under the steps to the guest suite.
Galley
The Saloon has a galley up arrangement on the port side with a large stainless steel sink. The counter top is Formica with a Sub Zereo refrigerator under it. Also It has a lot of good storage. There is an electric stove with an oven and a large pantry ~abinet next to the stove. There is a General Electric microwave mounted above the counter.

Shady Lady comes with an auto pilot~ 2 VHF radio, and 2 depth finders
Electrical
The boat has a battery cbarger that was wired and installed when owner purchased boat. Shady Lady has a 7.5 westerbeake generator that bas been completely overhauled, and has less then 500 hours on it. It has complete gauges installed at downstairs station.
Deck/Hull/Mechanical
This boat was built in the classic tradition with a mahogany hull and teak decks. A bottom job was recently perfonned with new bottom paint. It has teak handrails and three boarding gates, and stainless steel rub rails. The boat has an anchor platform [pulpit] with a windlass. It's got a CQR anchor with 150 line and chain. The boat has a teak swim Shady Lady comes with twin 120 Lehman diesels fresh water cooled, with BW velvet drives, the Lehmans were overhauled when owner bought boat and have less that 700 hours on them Shady Lady also has a fuel polishing system that was installed last year. Two 20 gallon holding tanks have been installed with deck pump-out. Engine room recently painted and insulation replaced. platform and is easily accessed from the deck. Two steps up from the deck is an area that could be used to store an inflatable dingy or any other type of boat you might want to use. This area also hosts the mast with boom and winch. The boat has a fresh water washdown system, front fabric see through screens and teak signage. The flybridge has comfortable seating area that can accommodate eight to ten people under the generous Bimini, also it has a complete enclosure for fowl weather. The fly bridge cushions are relatively new and there is ample storage under the seats. The upper helm has a covered instrument panel, a depth/fish finder, and a complete flybridge enclosure.
