Remarks
"Miss Natalie" was originally ordered by Richard Bertram and Co., the Matthews dealer in Ft Lauderdale Florida as a stock boat to be used for display at the Miami Boat Show in 1970. She was sold at the show to her new owner who kept her in Ft Lauderdale at his waterfront home. One year later she was sold again to a buyer from Baltimore Md. where she became based on the Chesapeake Bay, and has remained in ownership here ever since. She has made multiple trips back south to Florida and the Bahamas. She was repowered in the early 1980's when the original Cummins 370's were remomved and replaced with the current 3208 Caterpillar 355 HP diesels. The original generator was replaced at the same time with the current Yanmar 8kw. "Miss Natalie" has enjoyed excellent care and maintenance throughout her life, with the added benefit of a major refit over the last 4 years. She is most likely the nicest 46' Matthews afloat.
