Deck/Hull
The good: In the last 12 years: Teak decks have been removed and new plywood decks installed then fiberglassed over. Bottom has been refastened. Aft deck has been enclosed and interior totally re-fit. All brightwork has been well maintained and has been kept covered. The hardtop has been re-fiberglassed. The boat was hauled in late Oct/Nov 2008 and the bottom and hullsides were prepped and painted. She looks good!
The bad: The (non-original) flybridge has been removed for rebuild and is missing. The flybridge wiring and cables are there. The fiberglass on the hardtop remains unfinished. A new owner may opt to terminate the wiring and finish the top, deleting the flybridge.
Remarks
This boat is in overall good condition, but still needs some exterior cosmetics and finishing of the hardtop/flybridge. This boat has been used as and is set up for year 'round liveaboard. She is priced to sell.
