Accommodations
Large master stateroom with V berth, Two hanging lockers, reading lights, port lights and overhead hatch. Drawers located under both berths. Curved settee to port with folding table, Fold out sofa to starboard. Ample storage throughout. Head is located to starboard with shower, sink, and marine toilet. Exhaust fan and lots of storage. Interior is all mahogany in very good condition. There is recently installed teak and holly sole. Equipped with an updated Mermaid digital heating and air conditioning.

Galley
The galley is located aft of the settee with a new 2 burner electric stove top and microwave oven. Comes with a large stainless steel sink. There is a Norcold refrigerator/freezer. Great counter space and storage

Electronics
VHF radio at both helm stations, Garmin GPS, compass, depth sounder and windshield wipers.

Electrical
Dual shorepower connections, 110v/12v power panels. New batteries fall 2007.

Deck/Hull/Mechanical
Mahogany hull with painted fiberglass over wood decks and cabin tops. Teak aft deck and salon sole, teak swim platform and fold down ladder for easy access. The flying bridge has a new bimini with stainless steel frame. Dinghy and manual davit on the forward cabin top. Danforth anchor, chain and rode, all safety equipment, fenders and lines. This boat has been well maintained by a caring owner. Bottom was reworked in 2003/2004. Boat has been docked in a covered slip.
