"Ariel" is a beautifully maintained NAIAD STABILIZED 53 ED powered with GM 8V71TI's. She was built in 1985 with "Hatteras of Lauderdale" custom features. Descriptions
Accommodations"ARIEL" is a very original "Hatteras of Lauderdale" edition which includes some very nice custom glass-door cabinetry in the deckhouse and an open bulkhead from the pilothouse aft for greatly improved visibility from the lower helm. The afromosia/teak interior woodwork is unmolested and in remarkable condition. The full beam saloon deckhouse is furnished with twin leather sofas, 2 barrel chairs with ottomans, a custom teak hi-lo table and a teak hatch style side table. There is a built in wet bar forward with a sink, ice maker, entertainment equipment, and beautiful cabinetry with crystal barware. The pilothouse has port and starboard sliding doors, "Haddon Hall" teak parquet flooring and the ladder up to the flybridge. The galley has the typical booth style dinette, original "Modern Maid" range/dishwasher and eye level electric oven. Refrigerator/Freezer is a recent Kitchen Aid stainless steel model with french doors and a drawer freezer below. There is a counter top mounted NuTone blender, and an under cabinet GE microwave. Stacked washer/dryer is in the forward stateroom. Forward guest stateroom has upper and lower single berths and an ensuite head with a stall shower. Mid guest stateroom has twin berths. Mid guest head has a stall shower. Master stateroom aft with a centerline queen berth, double closet and a lighted vanity area. Ensuite master head has a stall shower.
