2003 Alden 46 Saloon Express

The 46 Alden Saloon Express a spectacular example of a high quality builder combined with a wonderful design profile to create the ideal yacht for cruising or living aboard. This is a Proper Yacht and has been maintained to a very high standard both inside and out. The Bridge deck has the steering station on the Starboard side, galley is below, but it is open to the bridge area. Below forward has the galley on port and lower saloon settee/dinette on starboard. There is a full head with a stall shower and a forward master stateroom with full sized closets, cabinets and drawers, TV, and a desk. This beautiful custom yacht is well designed and carefully thought through by the original owner and/or Alden Yachts.

Entering the Saloon to port is a U-Shaped settee with a table, a forward facing companion bench seat and chart table. To Starboard, there is a small L-Shaped settee, a TV in an enclosed cabinet, a fully adjustable Stidd helm chair, and the bridge console.
Down the companionway steps, the galley is to port and a versatile lower saloon is opposite. The L shaped settee can be arranged to provide an additional double bunk. This area has cabinetry, book shelves, drawers, a  flat screen TV  and Hi/Lo custom table.
Forward to port is the head with a separate shower stall and all the way forward is the Owner's Cabin with a centerline queen bed, beautiful cabinetry, cedar lined closets, shelving, and drawers for storage. On Starboard facing aft is a built in desk with chair and a flat screen TV.

• Repacked both rudder stuffing boxes and fixed leaks in the engine exhaust tubing and deck drain conduit.
• Replaced both engine intake strainers.
• Completed annual bottom maintenance in June to include new zincs, renewed bottom paint and running gear anti-fouling protection.
